Since prosecution of such crimes is so unlikely,
I've been thinking of
forming vigilante.net (damn, just checked, and it's already taken!), a
vigilante.com and .de are still available
(and of course .mil if you prefer the hard way :)
network of sysadmins around the country willing to
LART these guys,
sellers that engage is shill bidding, crooks that take the money and run,
crooks that send damaged goods, etc.
Don't forget the seller that add rules after completation of
the auction and then plays kind of jo-jo game...
