I have the official Walnut Creek 2-disc set for

I've been collecting walnut creek discs for a while so the Jul 95 iso
and cover scan would be nice. It wouldn't surprise me if Jason Scott has
the whole set already. I've wondered if the contents of WC's ftp site
survived somewhere.

I suppose I'll image the Slackware 2.3 discs and then also see if the
Slackware 96 discs I have match those MD5s. I found that there were two
releases that were both called "Slackware 96", but since my set has
"August 1996" printed on the cover, it may very well be the same 4-disc
set as the 4 discs above.
I've hunted for the old Walnut Creek archives for quite some time but
never found all that much. From what I remember, it was pretty much all
junked after they changed names and moved away from Slackware and got way
more involved with FreeBSD. Somewhere I have a lot of links saved away but
I don't know when I'll have the time to go hunt that stuff down.
On the subject of old shareware type cdroms, I have a /ton/ of stuff that
needs to be made available for
archive.org (some of which are still in my
cdrom jukebox), but I haven't a clue what the process of getting that
stuff online will entail.
