Excuse while I go bang my head against a wall... Did you know if you do that
for an hour you burn 150 calories?
That seems low. IIRC, a person sitting and reading - nonexertive - puts
out about 140 BTU/hr. Admittedly, this is from a HVAC class more years
ago than I like to remember.
