I never saw one that hooked to the floppy interface, but it's certainly
possible.
SCSI didn't come to the Mac until the SE, as I
remember things.
SCSI appeared on the Macintosh Plus, introduced in early 1986. The SE
was introduced in April 1987.
Most of the early Iomega Bernoulli products used SASI.
