It follows teletype usage, I think; CTRL-SHIFT-@ = CTRL-@ = NUL Probably
Woz had a use for 'NUL' rather than '@'.
w.r.t. "PRINT @", several BASICs (but not Applesoft) had "PRINT AT"
instead.
