Cool, I got the same idea 10 years ago to build up an sql-library with images, specs and
benchmark tests of hard-drives to be called "harddrive Nirvana", but didn't
find the time so far to list my 800+ HDDs within my harddrive collection. I've been
taking photos and performing benchmarks of these, during the years, though. All I nee is
starting to set up the library, but my Ph.D. work is too time consuming currently, so that
it still has to wait a bit ... :(

Reminds me of Corporate Systems Center's Hard Drive Bible. When I got a
copy, it was a three-ring binder full of specs on MFM and ESDI drives.
