Our first programmer at work would have a view of the fusemap on the CRT for
each given PAL and you had to fill in the worksheet for that fusemap and use
that as your guide as you scroll the cursor thru the screen to mark the
appropriate fuse for your design to program. I still can't recall who made
that programmer.
That actually sounds pretty neat! Someone needs to write a fusemap
visualizer for JEDEC PAL fusemap files. Although one can usually
visualize it pretty well just by looking at the file. ;)
