Basically, you have to put pullups to all output lines. If you want to
make it better, you should consider using combinations of pullups and
pulldowns (330/220 or something like that).
The inputs on the interface are the Bus In lines, Machine Check and
IRQ2, so the other signals are output lines.

Well, referring to the images, I should terminate only the BusOut lines
on A3, or also the +DA lines on A2?
Has anyone built such a terminator?
May be it's a good idea to open the printer and look at the internal
terminator (if one is visible...)
