Look at page 6 for the parts list, you could build your own PIO
encoder board, you'll have to do some digging around for a 2376
keyboard encoder, but places like netcomponents.com and
freetradezone.com are great sources for obsolete IC's
I should have a few 2376s here, if someone needs them I'll look.
