Yes, there is now a high council that ordains system as "Classic" This
group meets once a year at Bohemian Grove. Samples of systems deemed
classic are interred in a vault located under a mountain in Colorado
operated and maintained by the Long Now Foundation. It's located right next
to the Retr0brite factory.
