I'm not sure about videotex (I'm not sure even what it is to be honest.)
PSK31 is mainly used for text, at around 31baud that was sort of
designed for 50 wpm typists.
It's one advantage is fairly low bandwidth at around 30Hz or there
abouts (from memory and I'm probably wrong to be honest.)
