The name certainly implies that ? device names with V for the 3rd letter were used for
Q-bus devices (like DLV, DHV, DMV).
The DDV11-B is described in the PDP-11 Microcomputer Interfaces
Handbook as "an optional LSI-11 bus expansion backplane for use when
additional logic space is required." It doesn't mention any examples
of where it is used.
