Another update - things got busy and I only just had a chance to look at
this again yesterday. Powering up via an ATX PSU produces a "bong" sound
from the speaker, which I'm assuming means that
that the system board is at
least somewhat healthy (as I'd imagine that the
tone is CPU-driven rather
than some form of startup circuit).
I seem to have absolutely no DA15 connectors in the junk box though, so
I'll have to order one before I can test the video output (hmm, unless I
can severely chop a DB25...)
