Heh... that would be a nice touch.
Another nice touch would be to find a way to mount an CF-IDE adapter
accessible to the outside so that you could have removable boot media.
You'd have to start hacking the case at that point, I'd expect. If
you did the same sort of thing with a VT100, you could just fabricate
a new cover plate and mount the CF-IDE to that - plenty of room in
there. The innards of a VT220 are substantially more crowded.
