This happened to me just last month with Schenker. The package
wasn't even scanned at the dropoff point. The tracking said
"prebooked: waiting for dropoff" or similar.
The theory was that since the droppoff point also is a dropoff
for Swedish mail the package went in the wrong bin. Luckily it
turned up 25 or so days later and I got a refund.
