Hello Charles
I was google searching for Tally 420 information, and saw a post you did =
on the 420 you were working with.
Do you still have this 420 puncher?
If it's any help, I am pretty sure I have a Tally 420 punch and the
(service) manual. I might even be able to find them ;-)
