While I don't usually search eBay for this sort of
item, a friend mentioned
something to me which prompted me to search for something magtape related and
I ended up bidding on this item and winning it (eBay will be my death):

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what vintage it is and what
equipment it was used in? Pictures or URLs would be a bonus...
I'd like to know as well, as I've got one that I either got in the 70's or
early 80's (probably late 70's). I got it and a brand new IBM handheld card punch
from the "Tek Country Store" (where Tektronix sold their junk to their
employees). I doubt I got both at the same time though.
