RSX11M+ v3.0 Distribution

I certainly cannot take care of any legal hassles... but the license clearly states 'RSX-11M PLUS V3.0 or prior'. As with the V5.3 distribution, people who take it are on their honor NOT to use it in violation of the license. This is no different. Well, it may be a moot point... I just checked the old address where the software was available (ftp://ftp.digital.com/pub/digital/sim/software/) and it cannot be found... It would appear the contents of gatekeeper have be drastically reduced...
