it was stuck at 12:00. The administration explicitly ordered me to not
fix it. So, in order to avoid confusion, I hung a sign next to it saying,
"This is not a clock. This device predicts the exact time that NOON will
occur."
It was either going to be that, or "This is not a VCR"
