A number of years ago, a guy burned a cardboard sculpture on the sidewalk
in front of the whitehouse. The cops arrested him for "arson", and a
representative (my brother) from the US attorney's office had to explain
to them that it did NOT qualify as "arson" and that they'd have to figure
out a different charge.
I personally feel that this is a valid form of
customer feedback. A bit
extreme perhaps, but valid.
