Based on the junk email I get through hotmail.com (it outnumbers what I
get from this mailing list, a non-trivial amount), I wouldn't trust a
posting from there if it told me I was alive. My assumption is that
"serious collectors only" means "I want a truckload of money" not
"I want
this thing to go to someone who cares".
