Is this really true? I never heard of an AS/400
described that way.
I have a book about the AS/400 that states that the AS/400 was
specifically designed and/or marketed as a VAX killer.
I don't remember the title of the book, but I can dig it up if you
insist. It is written by a member of the AS/400 design team IIRC.
