Quite a large percentage, depending on the size and location of the hole.
While the security of destroyed CD's typically refers to destroyed
CD-R/CD-RW protecting information that was stored on a pressed CD is MUCH
more difficult. In this case burning to slag is about the only approved
technique.
....somewhere here I have the documents for destruction of data at various
security levels, actually gets quite complex to "do it the right way"....
