That's small. I wouldn't touch the repair with a soldering iron,
myself. I'd use a micro-tip silver-dispensig pen (e.g. Chemtronics
CW2200MTP) to fix the trace, then apply an overcoat to it for
protection (e.g. Chemtronics CW3300G). I've had good luck with these
and a binocular loupe (an inspection microscope would also be good).
