There was a trim kit, sold through IBM and others (but probably not an
IBM-made product) that had covers for the floppy drives as well as a
rear plastic trim panel. But those weren't stock with the original
5150, but rather a later option.
I think a comparable product stream was the IBM "Options" for the PS/1
era systems, consisting of monitor power savers, etc.
