I doubt it. The 'black light' tubes used in discos, etc, and the
PCB-exposure tubes do not generate enough far UV to erase EPROMs in a
sensible time.
Well, a 75W mercury-vapor luminaire is awfully bright. Perhaps if
you removed the outer envelope.
I suspect the real answer is "run whatever it is that you're
interested in using for a minute or so. If you can smell ozone,
it'll probably work."
