Your file does not display very well on Netscape (or
probably Windows
for that matter). Which terminal is the target?
Anything with a fixed-width font, most likely. Like most ASCII
graphics, it will work poorly-to-horribly if displayed with a
variable-pitch font (which, based on my sharply limited experience with
them, both Netscape and Windows default to).
What does it display?
An ASCII-graphic of Santa in a sleigh with a reindeer.
However, at least as it arrived in my mailbox, there was a completely
blank line after each ASCII-graphics line. I found it looked a whole
lot better after filtering through sed -e '/^$/d'.
Will a VT100 under RT-11 do the job?
I don't know for sure, but probably. A VT-100 under pretty much
anything else should work too.
I don't see any VT100 Escape Sequences, so is it
all just ASCII
characters?
Yes.
