I think people are much more apt to post if they can do it right away
and immediately see their text and then edit it again. I know I am.
It's meant to be a repository for
specific answers and information that come up frequently.
and that's exactly what good wiki's become... but there is no one
person in charge... which is why it works so well. the user feels
empowered, which is quite motivating.
