Could someone give me the scoop on the ports on the back? One looks
like a typical db-25 scsi. What's the other one, the one with three

Given the styling of that box, matching IBM PC and XT machines, I'd
really be surprised if it were SCSI. I'd guess it were some sort of
proprietary-interfaced expansion box.
That said, early (but almost a decade later than early IBM PCs) Sun
machines used those DD-50 connectors for both SCSI and IPI interfaces.
