Yes.
VAX machines were sometimes rebadged or hidden inside other vendors
CAD systems. I still have a VAX-11/751 in an Applicon cabinet that I
am trying to get rid of.
Intergraph also used VAX machines as servers, with weird add-ons for
dealing with graphical entities.
