The lecturer was puzzled, no one had ever answered this
question positively before. He had to know why this man
was so confident. He asked the one with his hand up,
"Why do you think your software writers are so good?"
Since I don't do group efforts that aren't open source and I'd been
responsible for software related to aircraft safety (mind you' I'd
prefer those be open source), of course I'd raise my hand. I'd have
(I have) already flown the relevant test flights. I just did minor
avionics stuff, not the whole autopilot or inertial navigation
systems, but it adds up. Of course I'll risk my life on my team.
