LOL! (Well at 300 baud I dunno. :-) ) OK, the actual download baud
rate could be anything from 2400 to 33,600, depending. And at the
slower rates, yes it could take a good while - though not 15 years!
Still, it was much better than the alternative which involved a laptop
at the remote site, with a real serial port, with a qualified person in
attendance, with a bit of jumper fiddling, etc. etc.
