No, I can't. There's no single page.
Perhaps Google is offering you a
pirated copy of the book, but here, there's just nothing except the
possibility to write a review and export the citation.
A substantial part of the book is available, at least on my system.
I simply click on the image of the cover of the book and it (slowly)
loads. There are missing pages, yet there is much useful
information.
