It looks like this would work, except for the problem of building a RSTS V4 system. I?ve
tried on both SIMH and E11; both fail, though not in the same way. Part of the problem
seems to be that SIMH does things in its DECtape emulation that confuse DOS and/or RSTS
V4.
So I think the best answer is to look elsewhere.
