I don't even have access to a scanner right now. I'm staying at my
mother's, taking care of her. There isn't even a printer here.
But, I'd be glad to mail these two copies out to whomever would scan them
and put them online. The source code listing was originally printed on a
colored background, so it may need to be manually typed in.
