CP/M needed ^C when changing disks. So did MS-DOS! (sometimes)
I never could find ANYWHERE in any Microsoft manuals any mention of
pressing ^C when changing disks.
Yes, it did sometimes use the cached DIRectory instead of the newly
inserted disk!
Isn't the volume serial number supposed to take care of that problem?
