On the US model, it's an even swap-- three for two. IIRC on the european
model, it required bypassing a transformer.

power feed to the site.
Doubt it. They would want you to pick up the cost of adding anything
(wire, transformer, etc) required to add the phase. Think 10's of kilo$'s.
