This guy's a local surplus vendor, and when he receives materials it's at the
back door, right next to the dumpster. MCA and EISA boards, among others,
normally go right into the dumpster without ever getting in the door, since he
has trouble getting people to buy them.

I've got a
couple of EISA SCSI controllers from BusLogic. These can be
had at surplus for $5 or so whenever you want one. These two belong to
someone else, but I doubt he'd object to parting with them. Since EISA
and VLB are of limited interest, the boards for that are pretty cheap
nowadays.

Not your call to judge the owner's intent. You have to ask. Right?
