Maybe this will help save just a few systems...
The Alameda Countyy Computer Resource Center stopped sending scrap to
China after they found out their middlemen were simply engaging in the
dumping practices which led China to enact this ban.
I'm all for this. It will force companies and governments to seriously
look at recycling issues rather than literally dumping the problem off on
poor third world shmoes.
