Yes but can you fit that in a 4.25x13x12 box with power supply? That's
a BA11-VA, aka shoebox.
With a large enough hydraulic press...

I didn't know it was OK to use a hydraulic press for PC board installation,
I was always told that if it didn't fit then you needed a bigger hammer. 4
pound hammers are less likely cause less damage than hydraulic presses.
