   The local 99
Cent store sells A-B USB cables for ... wait for it ...
 99.99 cents. (PRICE GOUGING!) 
 How do they charge the fractional cents? 
They round up, and charge 1.00 for stuff that is clearly advertised as
being 0.99   (PRICE GOUGING!)
They don't even try to claim that you would save 0.01 if you bought 100
items!
