Hmm, yes, pic 4 it was. It works fine, just sand/file off the edges
of the cut, the corners can be rather sharp.

I used plain strips of steel, already bend. it
was slotted and
could be used for anything. about 1 - 1.5 mm thick.
Bought it in the local hardware store for 5 - 8 Euro's for a
2 meter section. It actually did held my 11/83 in an H960 rack.
If nothing else turns up, this is probably what I'll do.
It looked similar to those strips in pic 3.
I suppose you mean pic 4, otherwise you must have had it cut to the
right width?
