Wondering if anyone is interested in saving it from the dump, OBO. Bad news, I powered it up recently and the screen flickered and jumped for about 5 minutes before the wisp of smoke. The visible damage is a film capacitor on what looks like a power supply board in the monitor. Five years ago it powered up and was working as far as I could tell. Baltimore, Maryland area (USA). Not a list subscriber, will check list daily for a while, then weekly... Dave
