Watcom C eventually went open source and is now
available as Open
Watcom - it's still a great compiler.

It may still include the FORTRAN compiler, but I'm not sure.
Yes FORTRAN is still included. And both compilers still work on DOS and
OS/2 as well as the usual suspects (and can cross-build in any combination).
