That mag card reader sounds like you could
(possibly?) use it to read
Selectric mag cards. Wasn't someone on here (or
maybe it was the
Greenkeys list?) asking about reading Selectric
mag cards.

In theory, yes, mechanically these readers could
probably read Selectric cards, but I believe at
least one person on here (Mark Blair?) has a
complete IBM mag card system, which would have a
much greater chance of success.
