There are none right now. How much would you be willing to spend on
an assembled and tested board? There has been discussions on doing one
for years and I would guess it would be about $300 to make.
I'm currently between machines which would benefit from this, but I do
not expect that state of affairs to last. That would be right at the
top of my budget for such a device, but definitely possible.
Presumably the question is how many people would need to commit to an
initial run to make it viable...
