I tried to find out more about R2 certification and this
statement that items cannot be exported. From the little
I have seen, I can't see anything that says exporting
is banned.
What the rules really say and what the company interprets them as
saying
can be two very distinct things. I deal with regulatory interpretation,
training and enforcment daily. Let's just leave it at companies can be
way off when they implement standards like this.
