There are several different ROM revisions for the Model
2/16/16B/12/6000, but I think those mainly have to do with adding
support for new models of floppy drives, and shouldn't affect what kind
of software you can boot (except perhaps if you're trying to boot old
software on new drives).
Archiving images of the ROMs in my machines is on my todo list. I'll
try to get around to it soon.
I'm definitely interested in disk images of various versions of CP/M for
the M2 etc., and especially CP/M-68K.
