I read my ODS-2 format CDs under Linux with vmscd, from
<URL:http://perso.club-internet.fr/lelegard/vmscd/>. This is just a copy
utility, so I copy off a load of the Bookreader files and then use a
slightly hacked version of Doug Jones' webbook.
