I think it's just you. I would prefer if that wasn't done, it wastes
bytes, and lengthens the subject line.
Understandable?I was using braindead email clients. Now i've switched
to alpine which makes things easier. ;)
The subject line issue has been debated more times than I can count. I'm
not really a fan of the idea either, especially since many "braindead"
clients tend to handle the subject line poorly and jumble it up as a
thread progresses.
Just wait until you begin to find more of al(pine)'s advanced/hidden
features...

Same. Procmail can do pretty much anything, but for list traffic, simply
redirecting each list to it's own mbox file suffices for my needs.
